Apres a voir quitte un pays magnifique (la Nouvelle Zelande) Goa est vraiment en asie cette fois, apres une courte escale a Sydney ou l'ete demarre car il faisait tres beau (3h de vol avec la Nouvelle Zelande) et un autre vol de 9h, il est arrive e nuit a Bangkok dans un aeroport nickel, tres grand et neuf, contrairement a l'image que l'on en donne. Apres un trajet en taxi, il a gagne un quartier pres de Soi Rambutri (un peu en retrait Kao San Road qui est un piege a backpackers). Il a trouve une chambre pour 5 euros a 1h du mat, c'est assez facile de se loger ici. Il a visite le lendemain le marche de KaoSan (on y trouve de tout pour 3 sous, meme des sacs a dos tops) Chinatown (qui ressemble a un souk Marocain mais en version asiatique), il a longe la riviere en bateau et teste le taxi rickchaw version thai (tuk tuk). Les temples de Bangkok sont magnifiques, du niveau du temple d'or en Inde. Goa va rester quelques jours ici le temps d'avoir son visa pour le Vietnam et de se reposer. Goa est heureux de revenir dans des pays plus "roots" ou il peut se ballader sans forcement payer des tours.

Here we are, After he moved away from a stunning country (New Zeakand) goa is really in Asia after a step In Sydney that starts the summer season (3hrs flight from New Zealand) and 9hrs flight then. He discovered a really clean, big and modern airport contrary to some stereotypes. After a cab race, he found at 1 am for 5 euros a cool accomodation in Soi Rambutri, a bit frurther than Kao San Road a backpakers trap :) He visited the market there where you can ind anything including really good backpacks for nothing... The he took the boat to visit Chinatown (mostly a souk like in Morocco) and tried the Tuk Tuk, the local rickshaw. The temples here are amazing, as beautiful as the Golden temple in India. Goa'll stay few days here to get the Vietnam Visa and to rest. He really enjoys tobe back in a free country where you don't need to pay always to do something :)
